About Me

In the fall of 2005, my wife was diagnosed with breast cancer. The following summer, after months of treatment, she was recovering nicely but "achy" all the time. We decided to try massage at a local business. The therapist turned out to be someone we both knew. We talked at great length about the benefits of massage, and she encouraged me to look into it further.  After some discussion with my wife, I decided to call The Guiding Light School of Massage Therapy in Fairfield, Iowa. This was on a Saturday, and I was told the next new class would begin the following Monday. I received my state license as a massage therapist in 2007. I began with the idea of helping my wife to live a more comfortable life.  I am now passionate about helping all people to feel better!
